Sales Terms & Refund Policy
All policies are subject to change without prior notification.
All sales are final and No Refund. All products are custom made and have no resale value. Carefully review every detail of the digital proof before completing your order. Once an online proof is approved via the placement of an order, or an email proof is approved with a response of "OK to Print," Bannerway.com is not responsible for any copy or design errors, including misspellings, date errors or color variation. After an order has been sent to Bannerway.com, the customer is responsible for paying the entire amount of that order and each job within it, along with applicable taxes and shipping/handling fees. After a job has been approved by the customer, no changes can be made to the artwork files and job characteristics.
Hardware Returns & Restocking Fee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a “Stand Only” hardware product, please email info@bannerway.com within 5 business days of the receipt of the product so a Return Material Authorization (RMA) may be generated for you. “Stand Only” hardware product returns will not be accepted after the 5th business day of receipt of the product. The purchaser will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee, per stand, to any “Stand Only” hardware products being returned and will be reflected on the RMA. All RMA fee’s must be paid for once the RMA has been generated. All other stands purchased as part of a set display will not be eligible for return.
If the item being returned is in the original box, in unused condition, we will: exchange it, or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. The item must be returned to our warehouse, at your discretion, within 5 business days of receiving an emailed RMA. Bannerway.com will not cover the shipping cost of the RMA. All “Stand Only” hardware products must include any accessories, manuals and documentation shipped with the product.
Abandoned Orders
Orders that have not received artwork, or approval to print based on a selection of Eproof, for more than 14 days are non-refundable, but store credit may be applied. Orders after 30 days will be considered Abandoned Orders and no credit will be applied.
Sales Tax
All California residents must pay sales tax (9.5%) on all purchases.
Pricing and Products
Bannerway.com reserves the right to adjust prices for any product or service at any time. We also reserve the right to discontinue any products or services at any time. Prices are based on customer supplied electronic artwork.
Shipping Delays and Damages
Bannerway.com assumes no responsibility for delays or damages caused by delivery carriers or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time. However, if there is any production related defects on the job you have received, we would be glad to assist you re-printing your job at no additional cost with the same shipping method. Determination of defect is at the sole discretion of BANNERWAY. In most cases, users will be requested to submit digital photos documenting the product defect and/or ship the defective products back to customer service. Free expedited reprint on any orders damaged in transit is limited to orders less than or equal to $250. Turnaround and shipping for reprint orders will vary depending upon available production capacity and manager's discretion.
Claims made against damaged products must be made within 5 business days upon receiving the package for further assessment. Claims after the fifth business day will no loner be claimable. No claims can be made if damages are caused during harsh weather conditions, installation by the customer or a private installer outside of Bannerway.com. Damages caused by mishandling of product are not claimable.
Unless you choose Pick Up, you need to select one of the shipping methods presented to you on the Site. All shipping will be done using UPS. When choosing a shipping method – please remember that the estimated shipping transit time is based on the number of business days in transit and does not include weekends, holidays or the day the package is picked up by the carrier. For instance, a product shipped Two Day service and picked up on a Thursday would be delivered by end of day Monday.
Bannerway.com's responsibility is limited to preparing your printing order and turning it over to the carrier for shipping. Shipping transit times vary and Bannerway.com assumes no responsibility for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time. Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, the breakdown of equipment, illness, etc. Bannerway.com is not liable for damages that occur during shipping. Pick up orders will be kept for 30 days from the send date of the pick-up notification email. If the order has not been picked up from Bannerway.com's facility within 30 days, it will be recycled. Bannerway.com reserves the right to modify the shipping option selected by you and retain any related difference in charges between shipping options, where Bannerway.com completes the job prior to the turn-around time selected by you and there will be no adverse material impact on the target arrival date.
Color Accuracy
Bannerway.com will reproduce color from submitted print-ready files as closely as possible, but cannot exactly match color and density (as viewed in a 5000K light booth). Because of inherent limitations with the printing process, as well as neighboring image ink requirements, the accuracy of color reproduction is not guaranteed. By placing an order with Bannerway.com, you agree to this limitation. We will try our best to match the gradient density of each color, but we accept no responsibility for color variations between submitted files and the final printed piece. Under no circumstances will a reprint be honored for color variations that have occurred during the printing process. We are not liable for color matching or ink density on screen proofs that you approve. Screen proofs will predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and placement, but not color or density. Colors may vary on substrate printing.
Artwork
Our prepress department checks all submitted artwork files before printing, but you are still 100% responsible for the accuracy of your print-ready artwork files, and we encourage you to proofread all files carefully before submitting to Bannerway.com. By submitting the artwork to Bannerway.com, you certify that you have the right to use the image(s) in your artwork files. DO NOT send any "one-of-kind", prints or artwork. Although we take every precaution to safeguard your materials, we are NOT responsible for loss or damage of images or artwork.
Under these Terms & Conditions, you agree that you will NOT upload any artwork files consisting of the following material: offensive, indecent or improper material, nudity, any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law; and any material that could infringe rights of privacy, publicity, copyrights or other intellectual property rights without the permission of the owner of these rights and the persons who are shown in the material if applicable. We will refuse an order based on foregoing reasons or for any other reason, which in our opinion may be illegal in nature or an infringement on the rights of any third party. You accept full legal liability for the content of material processed and printed on your behalf and under your instructions. We reserve the right to refuse an order without disclosing a reason.
Customer Files
1. Archiving, Backup and Saving of Artwork & Files
It is the customer's responsibility to save, archive or backup a copy of the original artwork or files. Bannerway.com is not responsible for loss or damage to media, artwork and files supplied by the customer. Bannerway.com assumes no responsibility for any mistakes and errors on customers supplied artwork or files. Additional charges may apply for fixing, editing, changes, corrections or any other work that may be required done on customers supplied artwork and files. Please save a copy or backup your artwork and files in a safe place prior to submitting it to us!
2. File Changes
Once a job has been sent to print or production, the process is final and changes cannot be made. After the job is completed any claims made will not be held against Bannerway.com.
3. Eproof
Eproof: A digital trial sheet that is made to be checked, and corrected if needed, before sending final artwork to be printed. Proofing is an optional $20 service we provide in which we allow you check what your file will look like before being printed. Each customer is limited to 3 eproofs per file being proofed. Additional eproofs will accrue an additional $10 per proof.

Once you approve the eproof(s) with OK to Print: you are stating that the eproof(s) are ready to print, and cannot be revised or reprinted without additional costs. Please be mindful that your turnaround (48 hour or 24 hour) does not start until we receive your approval for printing. Bannerway.comis not responsible for any copy or design errors including: misspellings, date errors or color variation.
Cutoff time for approval for eproof(s) is 3:00 PM PST Monday through Friday. Failure to approve an eproof(s) on time will result in pushing production time back 1 business day, or rush fees will be applied to your order. If expedited shipping is needed because of failure to approve a job on time, additional shipping fees will be applied to your existing order.
No Liability for Errors
Bannerway.com is not liable for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons: Spelling, punctuation and grammatical errors
2. Low resolution or low quality graphics and images
3. Damaged fonts
4. Transparency issues
5. Overprint issues
6. Artwork files that are not created following our specifications
7. Variances in color from the conversion of Pantone or RGB colors to CMYK
8. Errors in user-selected options such as size, quantity, material and finish
9. Duplicate orders submitted by the User
10. Incorrect files uploaded
11. Incorrect file orientation
12. Incorrect or undeliverable shipping address
13. Damage to products after delivery to user
14. User is responsible for reviewing their files and correcting any issues prior to placing the order.
Limit of Liability
Customers must notify Bannerway.com within 5 business days of the date of delivery or date of pick-up of any defects discovered in the printed product. 100% of the product must be returned to Bannerway.com at the customer's expense within 5 days from the date of delivery or date or pick-up. If we accept the claim as valid, Bannerway.com will reprint the order and ship it back at no cost to the customer. Charges to rush print are non-refundable. Bannerway.com assumes no liability beyond the price of your order.
Errors that we are not responsible for include, but are not limited to: Any spelling, graphics, grammar, punctuation, bleed, orientation/alignment, folding mistakes that are approved by the customer. We are not responsible for damaged fonts, wrong cuts, die lines, crop marks, transparency, overprint, cracks on folds, or finished product size because these inconsistencies are inherent to the printing process.
Rights to Refuse a Job
Bannerway.com reserves the right to refuse to produce print or design any order we deem inappropriate, disrespectful or offensive.
Custom Order Quote Accuracy
Quotations/Proposals are based on the accuracy of the specifications provided by the customer. Bannerway.com can re-quote a job at the time of submission if the said specifications have changed or do not conform to information on the original quote/proposal. Orders placed with Bannerway.com are to the client's knowledge correct, and there are no conditions or agreements relating to the order, which is not written, or accompanying a said order. Quotes are only valid for 30 days, then rendered invalid.
Purchase Orders
We prefer that our customers place their orders on our website. When orders are placed through our website we are comfortable that our customers know what to expect in regards to: lead times, shipping charges and other pertinent information. This will also ensure that an order is placed into our system promptly and in accordance to the customer’s specifications.
We also understand that certain institutions only use purchase orders. It's never a problem for us to reference your PO number on our orders. You may enter that number in the Order Comments field on our website.
If you need an estimate prior to ordering on our website that may be done ????. We will then send you over a detailed estimate within 24 business hours, and how you can further advance your order if interested. When an order is placed you will be sent over a automated email with the order confirmation, but we are also happy to send a detailed invoice when requested.
Bannerway.com will not be held in accordance to terms or conditions listed or referenced on customers individual purchase orders. Your terms and conditions will not apply.
Once you have placed an order on our website, please do not send a faxed confirmation without your order confirmation number and your Customer Service Representatives name and phone number stated on the purchase order. We cannot be responsible for the duplication of orders if this information is missing. Pleased call our 866 number at the header of our website for further assistance and information if needed.
Rights to Revise or change this Agreement
Bannerway.com reserves the right to modify, change, add, remove, update and revise this Agreement (Terms, Conditions and Policies) at any time. All revisions and changes will be effective immediately.
